All livestock comes with a 7 day Guarantee!

However, there are a few simple rules that must be followed:

1. You must follow our Acclimation Instructions. 

2. If you had us ship your items to a UPS/Fedex center for pickup, you must pick the package up within 1 hour of the center opening. 

3. Don't delay the delivery of the package in anyway. (wrong address, changing delivery, Not being around to accept delivery, etc.)

4. Don't remove frag from the mount. If it falls off during shipping please send us pictures of the item, in the sealed bag, within 1 hour of delivery. 

 If you have a livestock death please contact  us via the chat button, at the bottom right of the screen, within 7 days of delivery, with clear non blue, photos of the item in your tank.  We will respond within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Please don't discard the livestock until we approve your refund, as we may need more pictures.   

The livestock guarantee starts when the package is delivered. Even if the carrier delays your package you will still receive the full 7 day Guarantee. 

We will issue you a refund for any dead livestock once it has been properly submitted and approved.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.   Please note It is up to our discretion to void your guarantee if we believe your tank is not in suitable conditions to keep your animals alive and healthy.

Wondering how to acclimate your new coral frags and other Livestock?
 

1. For proper coral acclimation, place the sealed bags in your aquarium for 30 min.  No longer, no less. This step allows the water in the shipping bags to adjust slowly to the temperature in your aquarium.  Please note that they will probably sink.

2. Dip your corals in your favorite coral dip per the manufacturer directions.  We try to ensure everything is pest free, but sometimes we miss something.

3. Rinse your Livestock in fresh tank water. 

4. Carefully place the Livestock in your aquarium and Enjoy!

DO NOT DRIP ACCLIMATE!  

Doing so will void the guarantee.
